We are looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking Unified Communications Collaboration Specialist to join our team. This position will have a focus on app integration for WebEx Teams and will be based in Tampa, Florida.

The Unified Communications Collaboration Specialist will report to the Sr Manager Information Systems, based out of Amgen's Capability Center in Tampa, FL. At Amgen, our mission is simple: to serve patients. Our new Tampa Capability Center provides essential services that enable us to better pursue this mission. This state-of-the-art center serves as a base for finance, information systems, and human resources professionals to make a meaningful impact at one of the world's leading biotechnology companies.

You will be working on high visibility projects and play a key role in delivering on IS initiatives and optimizing the end user experience. You will need to establish and maintain a positive business relationship with users and business partners and will participate in supporting critical services for Amgen.

We will be implementing a new Unified Communications platform with a very results-oriented timeline. This role will include evaluation, design, configuration and implementation/integration between WebEx teams and a number of applications. Some of the systems we are using today include Service Now, Workday, Salesforce, AWS, and O365.

Responsibilities:
  • WebEx teams out of the box and custom app integrations
  • Examples: Box, One Drive, Quip, bots
  • WebEx teams messaging
  • WebEx space creations rules and guidelines on WebEx teams
  • B2B federation through 3rd part apps such as MIO
  • Application testing and Organizational Change and training for WebEx Teams and MS Teams
  • Domain Specialist in application break fix
  • Implementation and management of EMS Scheduling platforms
  • Implementation and management of Synergy Sky or other One Button to Push solutions
  • Conference Room (Resource) Calendar implementation, support and MACD in O365
  • Accountable for performance & security of WebEx applications


Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

OR

Master's degree and 3 years of Unified Communications experience

OR

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Unified Communications experience

OR

Associate's degree and 10 years of Unified Communications experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Unified Communications experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands on experience with WebEx including team messaging, space creations rules and guidelines on WebEx teams
  • EMS scheduling platforms
  • Knowledge and support of Synergy Sky or other One Button to Push solutions
  • Knowledge of Service Now, Workday, Salesforce, AWS, and O365
