The primary focus of this role is to take responsibility for talent acquisition & development systems and processes. This position will be working very closely with the Director, Talent Acqusition & Development as well as global HR Business Partners; this role will require analytical, administration, organizational and people skills.


  • New hire/employee I-9 files. Ensures all employment requirements are maintained to support HR audit and compliance
  • Global Offer letter version control
  • Maintain Global Onboarding via systems and process support and coordination with local HR business partners.
  • Responsible for U.S. first day in-person/remote onboarding sessions
    • Conducting group and 1:1 live-orientation sessions for new hires at all levels, including 1:1 orientation with new TW Executive hires.
  • Responsible for Applicant Tracking System administration (Moves, Adds, Changes; as well as ad hoc reporting, and system upkeep.)
  • Responsible for Learning Management System administration (Moves, Adds, Changes; as well as ad hoc reporting, and system upkeep.)


  • Must have experience working in a fast-paced and energetic Human Resources team (prefer global experience.)
  • Ability to be discreet and trustworthy while handling sensitive information
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office (namely Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Jobvite
  • Proficient with Learning Management Systems, preferable Cornerstone OnDemand.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign or similar tool
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
